I live in a wonderful area of ANOB - Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just under the Quantock Hills at Bicknoller in West Somerset. We have 2 cocker spaniels and 3 horses. The animals also enjoy my treatments, they receive and respond in amazing ways. I have trained with inspirational teachers and this has led me to be able to offer bodywork therapies that can really enhance health. Studying how we move, how the body functions, pain patterns and compensations affect us, is all part of the healing puzzle.

Working in the field of Sports Therapy I came across Myofascial Release (MFR). I now hold an advanced certificate. This has changed how I work with clients, gaining fantastic and sustained results. Reflexology has also gained a lot of recognition in recent years giving positive results for clients. There is much interest in this field, in modern times. Studies with Chinese medicine and reflexology is producing results for many health issues. I hold full indemnity insurance. Please see below for some of my qualifications and therapies.
